Heidi Gaul has several passions—travel, ethnic foods, pets and most of all, God. Following a childhood spent on California’s sun-warmed beaches and years of travel, she shares her memories of unique settings in The House Lottery series. These novels follow characters through road-trips and inner journeys as they learn friends can be a type of family, too.
Heidi is a regular contributor for Chicken Soup for the Soul and The Upper Room, and leads workshops at writer’s conferences.
She lives in Oregon’s Willamette Valley with her husband and furry family, and her adult daughter and son-in-law live nearby. Heidi’s hobbies include preserving historic homes, hiking and travelling—be it around the block or the world. She is a member of American Christian Fiction Writers and Oregon Christian Writers, Bible Study Fellowship and Albany (Oregon) Historic Interior Home Tour Committee. She is represented by Mary Keeley of Books & Such Literary Management.
