Heidi Gaul lives in Oregon’s Willamette Valley with her husband and furry family. Her passion is travel—be it around the block or the world. She’s a member of Oregon Christian Writers, and the Albany Historic Interior Home Tour Committee. She’s a follower of Jesus and enjoys leading a group in Bible Study Fellowship.
Heidi’s works are included in ten Chicken Soup for the Soul anthologies, and several issues of The Upper Room. She’s a staff writer for Good Catch Publishing, which works together with the Great Commission Project distributing testimonial books to the unsaved. Her devotions have been included in Guideposts hardcover devotional Every Day with Jesus (released in March 2018) and Mornings with Jesus – 2019, due for release fall of 2018. Her current project is Broken Dreams and Detours: When God’s Will Doesn’t Match Your Plans. This book takes a long look at how believers can use both their talents and trials to honor our Lord. She also leads workshops at writers conferences.
